Own a piece of history that has both charm and architectural perfection. In 1967 the new owners moved a Federal-Greek Revival historic home built in 1830 and conjoined it with a Williamsburg style home in Warsaw. The following information was taken from a book the NC Dept of History compiled, entitled The Historic Architecture of Warsaw. ''A simple Federal I house with a one-story shed extension across the back, the structure exhibits elements of Greek Revival styling in the full facade shed porch and the reeded pilasters between the front door and its adjacent three paneled sidelights. Originally built in 1830, the house contains original door locks and latches with pegged and numbered rafters in the attic.''
